Yoga mat is really good and thick. It provides sufficient cushioning. The carry bag is useful and ventilated.
This Yoga mat's material is really firm and doesn't sink-in when you exercise on it. Also, it has a nice gripping material at the bottom side so it doesn't slide on the floor.
Moreover, the mat comes with a carrying case so it's easier to keep/take to Yoga class 🧘

I opted to buy the thick mat… I have arthritis in my leg and was looking for a thick yet firm mat to practice yoga. This one fit the bill completely. I’ve been using it for a week now and have no complaints! This one has good length too :)
