Replacement Policy

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via the Contact Us page within 2 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped within 24-38 hrs.


Return Policy

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused items. We ask that customers bear the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days bearing the cost of the shipping and arranging your own shipping partner. Unfortunately, we can't accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Please note that the address for the product to be shipped back will be given to you by our customer care team after accepting your return request.


Mandatory Criteria for Return:

  • Return Request has to be raised within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • The items should be unused with all tags intact.
  • The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place.
  • There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.



Please note the below cases are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for size issues, as we have already mentioned all relevant dimensions in the product description.
  • Any item that shows colour differences or size issues will not be accepted under this policy.
  • If a customer wishes to go for the refund then the customer should Ship the product to us and bear the shipping cost there won't any shipping support from our side.
  • If Bathla identifies that the product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return request for the product.


Return Process:

  1. Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately send an email to with your Order No. and Product details along with the reason for returning the product(s).
  2. Our Customer Care team will respond to your request email within 24- 48 working hours. We will then arrange a reverse pick-up for the delivered product.
  3. Please make sure that you have packed the returned product appropriately (use Bathla’s Original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  4. Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our team. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of Return.
  5. If the returned product(s) meets all the criteria for return, then we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours.



Damage policy is within 24 hours after receiving your item and requires a mandatory to share a picture or a video of the product (We reserve the right to request images and videos to process the replacement.) which will help to evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

We take utmost care while packing your order, double checking for damages, and whether all items are in place and packing it. All the pictures showcased are original photos without any filters.


We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order. In order to ensure a fair and efficient process for all of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will have to follow the returns and refund process as outlined in our returns & refund policy.
  • Custom or made-to-order are not eligible for cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
