The product dimensions, weight, strength and features have decreased from the earlier models we were using.

Quality not upto earlier standards
Quality not upto earlier standards. The previous (7 years back) design was much better. May be Cost considerations diluted the standards. Would have preferred to pay more than sacrifice on Safety and durability. I am disappointed.
