I have used Bathla products earlier and hence I decided to order the Laundry Rack from them although there were cheaper clones available on Amazon. I am glad I took that decision was I was not disappointed.
The product build is way better and it was pretty easy to assemble. Everything was neatly labeled and packaged in a compact box.
I think during transit one of the parts had cracked just a bit and I wrote to Bathla pointing out the same. I told them I was happy with the product so I didn't need a complete replacement and just a replacement of that cracked part would be adequate. I thought it was a long shot and no one would actually write back or they would ask me to replace the whole unit.
However, that was NOT the case. Somone from the company wrote back promptly, understood the issue and actually SENT THE PART within the same week.
I was so thankful and grateful to find such amazing customer service. This reaffirmed my belief in the brand.
I was already happy with the brand but this gesture made me a customer for life.
